Lasagna
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and lay flat on foil to cool. Preheat oven at 350 F. In large skillet, cook meat until brown; drain, stir in DI SALVO'S Pasta Sauce. In mixing bowl stir together the ricotta, parmesan, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese plus the egg and seasonings.

In a 13 x 9 inch pan or baking dish spread a 1/2 cup of the meat sauce. Put 3 pasta pieces over sauce, lengthwise. Spread half the ricotta mixture over pasta; cover with 1 cup meat sauce.

Repeat layers of pasta, ricotta mixture and meat sauce. Top with remaining pasta, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Remove foil; bake another 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Then come and get it! Serves 8.

Quick and scrumptious! Pasta Surprise
Instructions:

Mix spaghetti and butter, making a layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then mix the eggs, grated and ricotta cheeses. Gently pour over the layer of spaghetti.

Add a layer of the ground beef, then your favorite Di Salvo's Pasta Sauces over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes

Take out … sprinkle mozzarella on top. Put back in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes …… Ready to serve!!!
